Intel Brings Wildcat Lake to Googlebook Laptops

Quick Report

Intel said it is working with Google on the new Googlebook laptop platform, and Wildcat Lake is in the mix for the x86 version. That places Intel Core Series 300 silicon alongside Google's new Gemini-focused notebook push.

Wildcat Lake brings two Cougar Cove P-cores, four Darkmont LPE cores, an NPU 5 rated for 40 TOPS of INT8 throughput, and graphics with up to two Xe3 cores on Intel's 18A node. Googlebook will not be Intel-only, though, since Qualcomm and MediaTek are also part of the launch ecosystem.
